Exercise your Flirting Muscles

To get in great flirting shape you need to exercise your flirting muscles. Just like you might hit the gym to tone up so that when you want to shed your clothes you look and feel your best, toning up your flirtation skills will enable you to boost your confidence so when a man of interest comes your way, flirting with him is done with ease, instead of feeling awkward, shy or unsexy. Toning up your flirt muscles is simple. Just flirt with at least 2-3 guys per day. Any guy will do! Could be your local barista, your mailman, the grocery cashier. Pay a compliment, offer an extra sultry smile or wink. Chanel your flirt hero (be it Zooey D, Angelina J or whatever other lovely matches your flirt type) and mimic whatever you think she would do. Throw inhibitions away, remembering this is your practice opportunity – these are your chances to get it wrong so when it counts, you get it right!
