In a world of texting and sexting it is easy to type the wrong thing accidentally and all of a sudden you’ve gone from hot to not in the heart of a guy. To prevent this from happening, follow these 3 rules texting rules: 1) Never text when you are mad. Pick up the phone instead to resolve a heated situation. Texting it out will only make it worse. 2) Don’t speculate. If a message is confusing or vague, wait until you’re face to face with the sender to ask what the text meant. Texts can be super ambiguous which makes it easy for your imagination or your insecurity to insert meaning. REserve your urge to interpret if it isn’t blatantly clear until you can get face-to-face clarity. 3) Don’t be a text tease. This means text what you mean, mean what you text. And definitely don’t play the waiting game… nobody, you or otherwise likes to have an unresponded to text… it just isn’t nice! Text back as soon as you get the message even if it is to say that you are busy and will txt l8r.
