A gorgeous tale of coming-of-age love and friendship, with remarkable 80s throwback fashion/slang, this is definitely one of my favorite John Hughes movies and favorite love tales. My fave line: “Don’t go mistaking paradise for a pair of long legs.”

A fave from the 90s, showcasing 20-somethings unraveling the secrets of love & life happiness, while living in grunge-era Seattle. Cast & soundtrack are incredible too! My fave line: “I was just nowhere near your neighborhood.”

There is A LOT to love about this movie and I’d have to agree with critic’s acclaim, calling it the “ultimate romantic comedy.” My fave thing about it is that it showcases men’s emotions so well, giving you a great peek inside how the boys deal with how they feel!

Aside from being uber enchanting, what I love most about this is the main character, who despite her shyness, faces love head on, to understand why she isn’t in it only to find out… (watch & c!) My fave line: “Your love glass is half full.”

My all time favorite tale of friendship, faith and finding yourself in others. My fave line: “Frightened? Child, you’re talking to a man who’s laughed in the face of death, sneered at doom, and chuckled at catastrophe… I was petrified.”

Yes, I admit it. I absolutely adore this movie – it is my go-to movie when I just need a little pick me up flick. My fave line: “I would rather go to jail than lose my reputation.”

A gorgeous fairytale love story complete with a princess, swordplay and even giants! My fave line: “You rush a miracle man, you get rotten miracles.”

I’m pretty much obsessed with all things Audrey Hepburn, but this film is my fave. Classic character and story sophistication at its best; if you haven’t seen it, you must and if you have, it is likely time for a re-up! My fave line: “A girl can’t read that sort of thing without her lipstick.”

An unconventional but brilliant love story. My fave line: “Have you ever let a romantic moment make you do something that you knew was stupid?” Um… YES!
