A HOME FOR HEARTACHE!
Conceived from of the minds, hearts and experiences of Tristan and her dear friend/long time breakup buddy, Janis, has launched The BreakUP Club.
Part support group, mostly workshop (complete with lessons, interactive exercises, homework and outings) and admittingly a teeny bit of a vent-fest (hey, that’s good for you in small doses too!), you haven’t seen anything like The BreakUP Club before. Standing strong on the mantra, “use your ex love to get to your next love,” if you are going through a break-up, this program will cure you… and dare I say it, actually make you thankful that a$$hole broke your heart!
Because… out of all of life’s aches (backaches, headaches, tummy aches, toothaches) nothing compares to the pain that comes with heartache. Heartbreak is a universal ick we all feel in our lifetime. The BreakUP club is being created out of our own experience with heartache(s). It’s a club that feels, heals and seals the hurt of a breakup. There’s no wallowing in this club…it’s fabric is comprised of positivity; UP is the operative word here.
“The BreakUP Club” – where women going through the pangs of heartbreak come together to mend, soothe and kick-start their heart to love again… this time stronger and smarter than ever.

I’m so super excited about my NEXT book. I can’t reveal too many details but this new baby of mine is just that, a baby in the making. My gift to all of you gorgeous women out there to help you get the happiest, healthiest love life that you so deserve.
